Behind the Scenes
How My Journey Began...
For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved all things organizing and planning. Looking back, I should have seen this career path coming (it’s a natural fit!), but more on that later. In all honesty though, I never expected to start my own business.
Growing up, I always had high aspirations and a strong belief that I could accomplish anything I set out for myself. I grew up in a small town, attended college, and set my mind on a career in the medical field, leading me to a career in Molecular Diagnostics working in a healthcare laboratory.
In my time in healthcare, I developed my experience and skills in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows, organizing projects, LEAN techniques, and process improvements. And I quickly found a passion for this type of work!
With this newfound love for operations, I began pondering how I could utilize this skillset into something I could do everyday in a more creative space, while building a lifestyle I love!
I dreamed of a career path that had me leaping out of bed each morning brimming with excitement for the day ahead! That allowed me continued personal and professional growth and enabled me to travel more and set my own boundaries on my work-life balance.
The further my search took me, the more skills I developed, and the more I started realizing that if I couldn’t find the path I wanted to pursue, I would create one for myself!
How it's Going...
And so Spark to Sprig was born to help entrepreneurs succeed in their business goals through simplifying their behind the scenes operations allowing them to focus more on their clients and growing toward their business dreams.
- I dove into learning various digital tools to be able to recommend and offer customized approaches to behind the scenes systems for entrepreneurs across a variety of disciplines.
- I pursued a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership to enhance my ability to lead and support a broad array of businesses and organizations with processes, team management, and strategic leadership.
- I’ve worked alongside clients in healthcare, non-profits, service providers, and athletic coaches.
Today, I help entrepreneurs and small business owners across varying industries launch projects, streamline and manage their systems and operations, bring their ideas to life, and continue to sustainably grow their business and client experience.
